Rocky Bluffs is a quiet, private residential neighborhood located four miles east of Chico off the Skyway. Established over twenty years ago, Rocky Bluffs boasts forty-two properties, each with distinctively constructed homes. Property owners are protected by an active property owners’ association (RBPOA) with an annually elected five-member Board of Directors. Rocky Bluffs’ Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and other governing documents are uniformly followed and enforced by the RBPOA Board of Directors.
