ASSOCIATION ADDRESS/DUES
The Association address is Rocky Bluffs Property Owners Association, P.O. Box 1810, Chico, 95927-1810.
Association members receive quarterly bills for Association dues. Payment can be made to The Rocky Bluffs bookkeeper at the Association address above.
WATER
Rocky Bluffs water supply is managed by the Gran Mutual Water Company (www.granmutual.org).
Periodic water notifications are provided through written notification in a red and white stand posted in the Rocky Bluffs Common area. Water emergencies can be reported by calling 530-531-5948 (at any time).
Water bills are mailed to residents and due quarterly; billing information is available at 530-895-8516. The Gran Mutual mailing address is:
PMB 329, 1380 East Ave., Suite 124, Chico, CA 95926 .
Each Rocky Bluffs lot owner is a member of the Gran Mutual Water Company. Gran Mutual provides water and fire protection to residential users in Rocky Bluffs, Skansen, Spanish Gardens and adjacent houses.
ENTRANCE GATES
The Door Company provides maintenance and service to the Rocky Bluffs front gate. Each resident is given a gate code for access. Remotes may be purchased from the Door Company ( 2251 Ivy Street; Chico – 530-345-5555).
GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Garbage and recycling collection is provided by Northern Recycling and Waste Services. They can be contacted at: PO Box 2529, Paradise, CA 95969 or 530-876-3340. The website is: www.northernrecycling.biz. Garbage is collected on Friday mornings. Recycling and yard waste is picked up on alternate weeks.
SEPTIC SYSTEM
The Rocky Bluffs septic system is maintained by Hydrotec Solutions (530-891-4420). Each residence has sewage waste tanks on the property. Effluent is transferred from the residence tanks to large tanks between 181 and 195 Eagle Nest Drive. It then moves to a sand filter located in Butte Creek Canyon.
Residence tanks should be serviced every two years. Call Hydrotec immediately if an alarm sounds.

LITTLE FREE LIBRARY
Rocky Bluffs hosts a Little Free Library in the Common Area. This library provides books for loan or to keep for Rocky Bluffs residents and guests. Association members are invited to “take a book; leave a book.” Karin Matray (246 Eagle Nest) is the Little Free Library Steward.
