Board Of Directors

Each owner of a Rocky Bluffs lot shall be a member of the Rocky Bluffs Property Owners’ Association (RBPOA).  Membership may not be transferred except with the sale or encumbrance of the lot. (Rocky Bluffs Bylaws, Section 3.1; CC&Rs, Section 5.2)

The RBPOA is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected annually at the fall General Membership Meeting.  (Rocky Bluffs First Amendment to the Bylaws, Section 5.1; CC&Rs, Section 5.4) RBPOA members in good standing shall be entitled to vote with only one vote permitted for each Rocky Bluffs lot. (Rocky Bluffs Bylaws, Section 3.2; CC&Rs, Section 5.3) Board officers are established from the newly elected Board at the first Board meeting of the new calendar year.  Board positions include:

  • Member
  • Member
